Product Info & Care

All our products are source from direct brands owners and manufacturer who have done their product testing to ensure safety to our consumers. 

We have indicate our products care under our products listing. 

Currently we do not have a physical store. We have a 21 days returns and refund policy if you find that our products is not up to your satisfaction. 

Orders & Delivery

For local delivery, we have free delivery for orders above $60. Orders below $60 will have $6 delivery charges. 

All are orders are delivered by 3rd party vendor with tracking number. You can track your orders in your account page. 

Due to pandemic and storage issues, all our stocks are at Japan warehouse. Once we receive your order, it will take up to 14 to 21 days, excluding weekends & public holiday, for us to process and ship out your orders. 

For available stock, we will process the orders within 1-2 days excluding weekends & public holidays. 

Please contact us and include your email, contact number,  order number and the changes/cancellation you want to make. 

Do note that we will not be able to make any changes once your order is already process. 

You can track your order in your account page. 

We do ship to Malaysia, USA and more. Your shipping rate will be calculated during checkout. For other country, please contact us for delivery rates. 

Please contact us with your email address, contact number and order number, so we can solve it as soon as possible. 

Returns & Refund

Although we take pride in our products, it’s unfortunate that our products doesn’t make you happy. We provided returns and refund if you return the product to us within 21 days. 

Return condition: Product reduct have to be in their packaging (if any) and are still in perfect condition. If the product and packaging are not in perfect condition you will not receive a refund.

Return postage: We will arrange courier to pick up your return product and you will be charged $6 for the return postage cost

For orders returned from outside Singapore, you must cover the return postage costs yourself, unless the product you received is damaged or faulty. Please contact us for a case by case solution.  

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return order. 

When your return is approved, your refund will be processed as a credit into your Box and Pins account.
