Steps
1. Cook your rice, recommend to use a sticky Japanese rice for an easier process.
2. Place the rice ball into the mold with handle. Press down the top of the mold to create your shape.
3. You can add some sushi fillings in the middle of your rice ball like cheese, pork floss.
4. Use the nori punch and the cutting board to cut features / details.
5. It’s ready!
